Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026. Standard policies governing vehicle reservations, fare computation, and passenger safety.

1. Booking Confirmation and Advances

A vehicle reservation is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed token advance deposit and subsequent transmission of a formal booking confirmation message from our dispatch desk. Vehicle availability for peak holiday weekends (Dasara, Diwali, New Year, long weekends) is strictly allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

2. Fare Calculation Standards

  • Outstation Trips: Fares are computed based on actual round-trip kilometers traveled, subject to a minimum billing threshold of 250 or 300 km per calendar day depending on the vehicle category.
  • Local City Packages: Packaged under predefined slabs (e.g., 8 Hours / 80 Km). Any additional kilometers or extra hours beyond the package threshold are billed at standard per-km and per-hour rates specified in your quotation.
  • Odometer Reading: Distance is calculated transparently from our operational garage at Sunkadakatte to the final return point at the depot.

3. Driver Allowances & Night Charges

Standard Driver Bata (daily allowance) applies for outstation duties to cover the chauffeur's lodging and meals. For travel extending between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a nominal night driving allowance applies to compensate the driver for late-night highway vigilance.

4. Toll, Parking & State Permit Taxes

Unless explicitly structured as an all-inclusive customized holiday package, highway Fastag toll plaza deductions, parking tickets at tourist attractions/airports, and interstate entry taxes for crossing into neighboring states (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh) are payable as actuals by the passenger.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations 48 hours prior to journey: Eligible for a full refund of token advance or seamless rescheduling to a future date within 6 months.
  • Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours: 50% of the advance amount is retained towards operational scheduling loss, or 100% can be credited towards a rescheduled trip.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled departure: The advance deposit is forfeited as the vehicle and driver have already been locked and reserved exclusively for your itinerary.

6. Passenger Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Seating Capacities: Passengers must adhere strictly to the registered seating capacity of the vehicle (e.g., maximum 12 passengers in a 12-seater Tempo Traveller) in accordance with Regional Transport Office (RTO) regulations.
  • Prohibited Substances: Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and hazardous items are strictly forbidden inside all vehicles.
  • Luggage Care: While our chauffeurs take extreme care, passengers are advised to safeguard their personal valuables, jewelry, and electronic gadgets.
